Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from purchase date. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm MTN through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100!! Shipping charges for your order are displayed at checkout and are a flat fee of $9.99 plus Colorado Retail Delivery Fee $0.29 for all orders under $100 USD.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Buzz's Boots & Boards is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials, damaged goods, and obtain photo documentation before filing a claim.
International / U.S. Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship oversees or outside of the continental US. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by shipping carriers. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Buzz's Boots & Boards will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 31 days for the investigation.

To return your product, you must first obtain approval from Buzz's Boots & Boards via written communication.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE ON RETURNED ONLINE STORE ITEMS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be mindful when re-packaging your item, so that it is not damaged during the shipping process.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
